-Do you use real art in your t-shirts?

Yes I do. 

-Can you tell us a little bit more about your art?

My art is all about my world which is surfing. I paint about my everyday life in the water and things that I find interesting, facts and stuff. All in relation to surfing. 

-How is the quality of your t-shirts?

Incredible! My t-shirts are so soft and comfortable that people have compared them with air, that's how light and soft my t-shirts are. At the same time they are very durable and premium quality. Also I am proud to say that all my t-shirts have a bit of a vintage feel, are Eco-Friendly and the best tee that you can possibly have.  

-Are your t-shirts true to size?

Yes they are, if you like your t-shirts fitted. Meaning, hugging your muscles. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM FITTED AND YOU LIKE THEM ON THE LOOSE SIDE, THEN GO A SIZE UP. That's my recommendation.

-What is the best way to wash your t-shirts?

If you wash them inside out in cold water, it helps protect the way that it looks and keeps the colors from fading.

-Is the dryer machine safe to use in your t-shirts?

Yes, but I don't recommend it. It's always better to hang your t-shirts and let them dry naturally for better care.

-To what countries do you ship to?

Puerto Rico and United States.

-What are my shipping options?

Standard Shipping is $3.99 on orders up to $49.99

Free Shipping to Puerto Rico and United States on orders over $50.00

-What payment methods do you accept?

-How long will it take for my order to be process?

Because I do everything with a lot of care specially for you, and every t-shirt is done when the order is received, please allow 2 to 7 business days for everything to be ready.

-How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 Please allow 10 to 15 business days for my products to arrive at your door. 

-What happen if I placed an order and I never receive a confirmation email?

If you placed a successful order you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please send me an email at: customerservice@rot-shirts.com or fill the Contact form to make sure your order went through and I will send you a confirmation. 

-Can I return or exchange an item that I bought?

No, Why? Because all items are made at the time the order is received.

-Can I return an item that I purchase on sale?

 No, because all of my sale items are final.
