RO T-SHIRTS specializes in street style graphic tees featuring art by artist Ronco Ortiz. From my canvas to your t-shirts, real art on t-shirts.

-How is the quality of your t-shirts?

The quality of our t-shirts are eco-friendly, high-end and manufactured in facilities where everything is sustainable for the environment and where employees are treated with dignity and respect. We support and only buy our t-shirts from Sweatshop-Free facilities.

-Are your t-shirts true to size?

100% Cotton - True to size loose fit

Triblends - True to size modern fit

Heathers - True to size modern fit

-What is the best way to wash your t-shirts?

If you wash them inside out in cold water, it helps protect the way that it looks and keeps the colors from fading.

-Is the dryer machine safe to use in your t-shirts?

Yes, but we don't recommend it. It's always better to hang your t-shirts and let them dry naturally for better care.

-Do you make annual sales of your merchandise?

We don't believe in putting our merchandise on sale because it cheapens our product and reduces my value as a full time artist. Also since everything we do is made to order, we don't have the need to do any annual sales because we do not carry any inventory.

-To what countries do you ship to?

Puerto Rico and United States.

-What are my shipping options?

Standard Shipping is $3.99 on orders up to $49.99

Free Shipping to Puerto Rico and United States on orders over $50.00

-What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Shopify Payments (Shop Pay), Visa, Master Cards, Amex, Discover,  JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.

-How long will it take for my order to be process?

Please allow 2 to 7 business days for everything to be ready.

-How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for our products to arrive at your door. 

-What happen if I placed an order and I never receive a confirmation email?

If you placed a successful order you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please send us an email at: customerservice@rot-shirts.com or fill the Contact Form to make sure your order went through and we will send you a confirmation. 

-Can I return or exchange an item that I bought?

There are no returns or exchange for items unless they arrive with a damage.
